RETURNS - REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
In case of a defective product's), we will either repair or replace it under the terms of the warranty.
Returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be
returned in their original condition. The restocking charge is waived if the product's) being returned is
applied toward the purchase of another one of our products. SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE. REQUESTS TO RETURN PRODUCTS MUST BE OBTAINED FROM NPI OR SSE.
SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. ANY RETURN ATTEMPT REGARDING PRODUCTS
PURCHASED FROM NEVADA PRODUCTS, INC. (NPI) THAT ARE NOT LEGITIMATE CLAIMS WILL BE
TURNED OVER TO OUR CORPORATE ATTORNEY AND APPROPRIATE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN!
SHIPPING & INSURANCE CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

& Postal services. We also insure all shipments.

responsibility if the product is used by the purchaser for any illegal or
improper purpose.

PRODUCTS, INC. (NPI) THAT ARE NOT LEGITIMATE CLAIMS WILL BE TURNED
OVER TO OUR CORPORATE ATTORNEY AND APPROPRIATE ACTION WILL BE TAKEN!

LIMITED WARRANTY
These products are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Within this period, we will repair or replace the product's), at our discretion, without charge. This warranty does not include transportation costs, nor does it cover a product subjected to misuse or accidental damage.
EXCEPT AS PROVIDED HEREIN, NEVADA PRODUCTS, INC. (NPI) MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some states do not permit limitation or exclusion of implied warranties: Therefore, the
aforesaid limitation's or exclusion(s) may not apply to the purchaser. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
